Las Terrazas is Close to Piedra Mercadas Canyon

If you love the outdoors and still need/want to be in the city, Las Terrazas is the Albuquerque neighborhood for you. It’s right up against the Piedra Medcadas Canyon which is a part of the Petroglyphs National Monument. On the trails in this canyon, you can see up to 400 petroglyphs and the paths are easy to moderate in difficulty. As for the Las Terrazas neighborhood itself, the homes are well-kept with mature trees. There’s a strip mall on the west side of the neighborhood with a lot of useful amenities.

Las Terrazas is home to Ace Hardware which is very convenient for anyone in the neighborhood working on a project around the house. One Google reviewer, Michelle A., shared,

Called today looking for a large item and had quite a few questions. I spoke with the store manager who was incredibly helpful.  The item was delivered in less than an hour by two young men who were very polite and helpful! Definitely have never received this quality of service at a big box store.”

When do I need an AC repair versus a new AC installation?

It is totally case by case. Every situation in every home and business is different. The best thing you can do if you have a question about your cooling system is to let one of our technicians from Bosque come out, survey your current system and the issues it’s having, and give you a variety of potential solutions.

If you need AC replacement in Albuquerque give Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing a call right away! We can expertly diagnose the issue and get your unit up and running so you can live and work at a comfortable temperature.

Why would I need to worry about the indoor air quality in a home?

While you aren’t sharing air like you do in an office building or public space, homes can actually be full of potential toxins that seep out of building materials like flooring and paint. This is especially the case in new homes, or if you replace your carpet/flooring/paint. In fact, the air in your home isn’t “pure” unless you take action to make it so. Without any air purification steps, the air outside is much cleaner than the air in your home.
