They have a total of 1,457 Reviews on Google and these are some of the good things people say about them;

“I don’t know why this place has bad reviews! We had a great stay. The room was clean and simple but the best part was the staff. From the very beginning they were exceptional. I booked through a 3rd party app and we were having trouble finding my reservation instead of being rude they suggested I give it some time and gave me some good suggestions for local restaurants. After breakfast we checked back in and they were able to find the reservation and even got us checked in early! The star of our whole stay was definitely Wayne. He was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us great suggestions. His customer service went above and beyond. We weren’t expecting to like Albuquerque because we were just passing through but his suggestions made our stay super fun!” – Emilea Wright

“We always have our meetings in this hotel. The staff is always super kind to us! And everything is always super clean! I love it!!” – Kimberly Macias
