Montgomery Heights Provides Easy Commuting, Home to KOAT

Montgomery Heights is a neighborhood in Northeast Albuquerque that has a few different parks, residential areas, and a number of local businesses. It’s home to KOAT, our local Channel 7 ABC News station. And there are a number of markets and restaurants locals love. Here’s what you need to know about Montgomery Heights.

Best Places to Live in Montgomery Heights

Montgomery Heights is home to the Villas Esperanza apartment complex. These apartments offer affordable housing and have been under new ownership for a few years so lots of improvements have been made. Google reviewers talk about how the complex is quiet, safe, and the staff and property manager are kind and helpful.

Another place to live in this neighborhood if you’re looking for assisted living is Tender Heart Assisted Living. This facility offers highly trained caregivers, 24-hour care, and group activities and outings. One Google reviewer, Alexandra B., shared,

“I am a friend of a resident there and I just have to say, Tender Heart assisted living in one of the best facilities here in Albuquerque NM. Their staff is very polite and attentive. They have amazing care for their residents and the families and the home is kept very nice and clean!”

Best Parks in Montgomery Heights

There are a few parks in this area, some with more features than others. Luecking North Park doesn’t provide any amenities other than a nice grassy area to throw around a football or let your kids blow off some steam. There is, however, a plaque memorializing Police Officer, Mike King, who was killed in a tragic call gone wrong.

Lueking South, which is just across the street, does have a few items of playground equipment and a few picnic tables.

How will I know if it’s cost-effective to switch to AC from my swamp cooler?

Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t have salespeople come to your home or business to do an estimate. We send our trained technicians (the same people who will actually do the install) who know exactly what to look for when it comes to duct size, the layout of the home or business, current electric panel, and cost per square foot so we can determine the right move for you.

Why choose Bosque Heating and Cooling to do your Albuquerque air conditioning install?

We’ve been working in the region for 55 years and we care about finding innovative solutions for each customer. We know what works in Rio Rancho doesn’t necessarily work in Taylor Ranch. And what works in Taylor Ranch might not work in Nob Hill. We know and care about this community and we care about finding you the most cost-effective solution for your situation.

If your air conditioner is on its last leg or you want a swamp cooler conversion to an AC unit, call Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Our highly trained technicians will help you figure out what you need, and expertly install a new unit as soon as possible.
