Best Places to Live in Montgomery Heights

Montgomery Heights is home to the Villas Esperanza apartment complex. These apartments offer affordable housing and have been under new ownership for a few years so lots of improvements have been made. Google reviewers talk about how the complex is quiet, safe, and the staff and property manager are kind and helpful.

Another place to live in this neighborhood if you’re looking for assisted living is Tender Heart Assisted Living. This facility offers highly trained caregivers, 24-hour care, and group activities and outings. One Google reviewer, Alexandra B., shared,

Best Parks in Montgomery Heights

There are a few parks in this area, some with more features than others. Luecking North Park doesn’t provide any amenities other than a nice grassy area to throw around a football or let your kids blow off some steam. There is, however, a plaque memorializing Police Officer, Mike King, who was killed in a tragic call gone wrong.

Lueking South, which is just across the street, does have a few items of playground equipment and a few picnic tables.
