The neighborhood’s namesake is, of course, Matheson Park. Matheson Park provides a nice, green swath of land in this mostly residential neighborhood. At the center of it, you’ll find a play structure and two covered pavilions with picnic tables. The fields are large enough for soccer games. And there is also a baseball diamond and two basketball courts at the adjacent Matheson Park Elementary School

The elementary school is a PreK-5th grade school in the Albuquerque Public Schools system, serving the children and families of the Matheson Park neighborhood.

If you’re looking for a great skate shop in Albuquerque, check out Filter Skateboard Shop on Juan Tabo Blvd. They’re a local shop with all of your skateboard needs in store. They don’t have a ton of e-commerce but they do have some shirts for sale online. One Google review from Hellboy 70 says, “This place is great I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have amazing service, and they are very helpful and generous. Noah is amazing whatever you need he helps you out. He has an amazing vibe and always has a smile. 100% recommend.”

Hellboy isn’t the only person on Google to shout out the amazing staff and comment on how kind and helpful they are. Many local skaters say Filter is the only place they will go for skate items.

How will I know if it’s cost-effective to switch to AC from my swamp cooler?

Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t have salespeople come to your home or business to do an estimate. We send our trained technicians (the same people who will actually do the install) who know exactly what to look for when it comes to duct size, the layout of the home or business, current electric panel, and cost per square foot so we can determine the right move for you.

Why choose Bosque Heating and Cooling to do your Albuquerque air conditioning install?

We’ve been working in the region for 55 years and we care about finding innovative solutions for each customer. We know what works in Rio Rancho doesn’t necessarily work in Taylor Ranch. And what works in Taylor Ranch might not work in Nob Hill. We know and care about this community and we care about finding you the most cost-effective solution for your situation.

If your air conditioner is on its last leg or you want a swamp cooler conversion to an AC unit, call Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Our highly trained technicians will help you figure out what you need, and expertly install a new unit as soon as possible.
