Jerry Cline Park Great for Active Folks

The Jerry Cline Park neighborhood in Southeast Albuquerque is named after the adjacent park with the same name. Along with a soccer field, playground, and bike path, there are many outdoor tennis courts—17 regular courts plus one championship court. Thirteen of the courts are lit for night play. Along with this spacious park, there are other local treasures.

Car Dealerships in Albuquerque—Jerry Cline Park

There are a few car dealerships near this neighborhood, due partly to its proximity to I-40. One of the car dealerships is Melloy Nissan. It’s the family-owned Nissan dealer of Albuquerque with both new and pre-owned vehicles for sale. They also have a service department.

The other car dealership in this neighborhood is the Larry H. Miller Casa Chevrolet dealership. You can buy all online through them, or of course, at the lot, and they have all-electric cars. One Google reviewer, Mannuel M., shared,

“Great experience and excellent customer service. Mona was great and very knowledgeable. She got me in right away. I loved her persistence. Also, June got me approved quickly and we were in and out. Without Mona and June getting us done so fast and easy we probably wouldn’t have bought there. All the way around was a great experience.”

Bowling in Jerry Cline Park

If you’re looking for a fun family outing in Jerry Cline Park, go bowling at Skidmore’s Holiday Bowl. It’s much more than just a bowling alley. They also have Galactic Bowl and an arcade. And their food goes a step above traditional bowling alley hot dogs and nachos. They have menu items like Prime Rib Dip and craft burgers that are so delicious that people even order food for pick-up from the bowling alley.

Will it be cost-efficient for me to convert to AC in my Alta Monte home?

Our technicians at Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing do a cost-per-square-foot analysis of your home so you can make a decision that makes financial sense for you. In most cases, with the energy-efficient technology available today, it is more cost-effective to have AC in Albuquerque than a swamp cooler.

Are there any health benefits to switching to refrigerated air?

Yes, there certainly are potential health benefits to a swamp cooler conversion. Swamp coolers, or evaporative coolers, use water evaporation to cool the air. If not properly maintained, you risk mold getting into the air and face other risks to indoor air quality over time. Switching to air conditioning potentially improves the air quality in your home, or at least removes the risk of mold.
