Duke City Industrial Area Home to Blake’s Lotaburger HQ

Who doesn’t love a good green chile cheeseburger from Blake’s Lotaburger? They’re all over Albuquerque, including in Duke City Industrial Area. But did you know this area is also home to the headquarters of Blake’s? Blake’s was founded right here in New Mexico in 1952 and has grown to 80 locations throughout New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. Over the decade’s Blake’s has become a New Mexico tradition, and National Geographic even named their green chile cheeseburger the best one in the world!

There are a number of other businesses housed in this industrial area of town, as well as a handful of fast-food restaurants and a small residential section.

There are a surprising amount of fast-food restaurants in this area, but that’s certainly helpful to the many people that come to Duke City for work. There’s a Subway where you can grab a quick sandwich or salad, a Blake’s like we mentioned, and a McDonald’s, among a few others. One Google reviewer, Erin A. shared about this particular McDonald’s,

“Manager had the place running smoothly and was very friendly & helpful. Love when the nuggets are hot and fresh!”

How will I know if it’s cost-effective to switch to AC from my swamp cooler?

Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t have salespeople come to your home or business to do an estimate. We send our trained technicians (the same people who will actually do the install) who know exactly what to look for when it comes to duct size, the layout of the home or business, current electric panel, and cost per square foot so we can determine the right move for you.

Why choose Bosque Heating and Cooling to do your Albuquerque air conditioning install?

We’ve been working in the region for 55 years and we care about finding innovative solutions for each customer. We know what works in Rio Rancho doesn’t necessarily work in Taylor Ranch. And what works in Taylor Ranch might not work in Nob Hill. We know and care about this community and we care about finding you the most cost-effective solution for your situation.

If your air conditioner is on its last leg or you want a swamp cooler conversion to an AC unit, call Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. Our highly trained technicians will help you figure out what you need, and expertly install a new unit as soon as possible.
